Teaching and Learning Team Leadership Actions

Through the use of data and ongoing collaboration, the Teaching and Learning Team:

Designs and supports a district professional development system
Cultivates school leadership capacity that ensures continuous improvement in all schools
Facilitates ongoing review and revision of literacy and content standards, curriculum, and instructional materials
Leads educators in implementing rigorous and evidence-based instruction in emotionally, intellectually, and physically safe environments
that are culturally and linguistically responsive and sustaining and aligned with the MCPASD Strategy Map.
