SUSO

Anonymous Reporting Service For School Safety Concerns

School is better, safer and stronger when we share our concerns!

Our District utilizes Speak Up, Speak Out (SUSO), a state-wide tool for anonymously reporting school safety concerns. SUSO is managed by the Office of School Safety (OSS) in the Wisconsin Department of Justice.

To improve safety and security at school, Speak Up, Speak Out is monitored 24/365 by highly trained mental health professionals.

Speak Up, Speak Out can be accessed by:

  • Telephone: 1-800-MY-SUSO-1 (800-697-8761)

  • Any MCPASD website on the main page

  • Android or iOS App

SUSO will allow our school district to respond to students in an inclusive manner, supporting all students and families.

You can always use this tool when a student feels uncomfortable with something in or outside the classroom. The platform allows professionals to easily interact with the students or parents reporting a concern. Most importantly, they can quickly respond and provide help to people who may be considering hurting themselves or others.
