Every February, MCPASD recognizes Black History Month to honor the struggles and achievements of Black leaders throughout U.S. history. Superintendent Dr. Dana Monogue recently met with members of the Black and Latino Student Union (BLSU) at Middleton High School, learning their views on the importance of Black History Month. Students shared the impact that the organization has had on their lives, and their desire to uplift and inspire other students.
