2024-2025 Annual Transportation Registration
MCPASD Families,
This is a friendly reminder that all families needing transportation must request and confirm bus transportation with Transportation Services each school year. Please be aware that transportation assignments from the previous year do not automatically continue into the new school year.
To simplify the transportation request process, Transportation Services will be distributing an online registration form via email next week (week of June 3rd). This form is used to determine whether your returning student will need bus transportation for the 2024-2025 school year. Do not complete the form for newly registered students if you already indicated transportation is wanted when registering with the Registrar's Office.
Throughout the summer, families will receive a number of follow-up emails to verify needs and capture any changes. It's crucial that all registration forms are completed by the specified deadlines to ensure your student's transportation needs are met.
There will be three opportunities to complete the Annual Transportation Registration form prior to the start of the 2024-2025 school year (dates shown below). Once you have successfully completed the form, you will not be required to fill out the form again.Throughout the summer, families who have not completed the form in the first round, will receive a second and/or third round follow-up email.
It is crucial that all transportation registration forms are completed by the end date of the third round to ensure your student's transportation needs are met by the start of the school year.

Second Round | 6/24 - 7/7
Third Round | 7/15 -7/28

Before the last day of school, please ensure that all guardian contact information and household addresses are up-to-date in the Campus Portal. Updates can be made directly within the portal. If you need assistance, please contact the Registration office.
