To celebrate Literacy Week, students and teachers at Sauk Trail are enjoying their own March Madness, with the focus on books instead of basketball.

The local Growing Food and Sustainability program will hold two summer garden camps for children in kindergarten through eighth grade, director Gabrielle Hinahara said.

The top math students in our elementary and middle schools were identified at the annual District Math Meet on Tuesday and Wednesday at the District Administrative Center.
