Each month, the Sauk Trail Mission Team compiles a list of free or almost free activities in the Middleton/Madison area for Sauk Trail families.

JANUARY

January 4, Saturday

  • Home Depot: Make a Desk Calendar

    • Hands-On workshop for kids 5-12 years old

    • 9:00am-12:00pm, free, register online

  • WI Institute of Discover: Twisters, Glaciers & Sunshine

    • Free science exploration, 10:00-12:00

  • Middleton Public Library: Multicultural New Years Celebration

    • Read stories from different cultures, make a 2014 calendar and have a good luck snack.

January 11, Saturday

  • Kids in the Rotunda: Mark Hayward (yo-yo tricks and comedy)

    • 9:00am, 11:00am, & 1:00pm, Free, Overture Center

January 18, Saturday

  • Kids in the Rotunda: The Handphibians (Brazilian Drumming)

    • 9:00am, 11:00am, & 1:00pm, Free, Overture Center

  • Middleton Public Library: Fairytale Feast

    • A feast of traditional and fun and funny fractured fairy tales.

  • Middleton Public Library: Library Lego Block Party
