The Park Elementary School Wellness Team would like to invite you to take steps to improve habits of eating, resting and moving. With each step you choose the goal you want to attain. For success, make your goal realistic for you and your situation.
January will be our first month with the goal in improve the servings of fruits and vegetables we eat.
February will be the second month with the goal to improve rest either by meditating and/or getting more sleep.
March will be a transition month with the choice to work on eat, rest or move. April will be the final month with the focus on moving and exercise.
April’s focus will lead us into May, the month the Park PTO will be having their Park Prowl fundraiser.
With each month a calendar will be sent to you via classroom newsletters or e-mails. Each calendar will give you short instructions on how to mark your goals.
