Breakfast and lunch will be free for all students through June 30, 2021 in school and on days when students are learning virtually. This is approved by the USDA to ensure that all students have access to meals through the pandemic. Breakfast and lunch are also free for students when they are learning virtually from home, although they do need to place orders using their family's My Payments Plus account. School Nutrition Services (SNS) provides school meals daily for students in our District. Elementary students may choose between our hot lunch option or a salad bar option. Middle School and High School students are offered additional options each day including a la carte and vending services. All products offered to students by the SNS meet or exceed our District Wellness policy guidelines.
In addition to lunch options, students can enjoy breakfast at all schools.

Menus are posted online. Menus include carbohydrate counts, and allergy information. If your child has been diagnosed with celiac, please contact Amy Jungbluth at email@example.com for a gluten-free menu.
Our menus are carefully planned to provide the calories and nutrients necessary for students to be successful throughout their school day. Student preferences help guide the menu to insure school meal time is enjoyable as well as healthy.
Elementary Classroom Milk
Elementary milk break is charged directly to your student’s account. Your student will be charged $.45 only on the days that they take milk. Students approved for free/reduced meals will receive free milk at break time. These charges are posted to your student’s account the week following the date of service. Students experiencing lactose intolerance may receive lactose free milk as a substitute.
Classroom Celebration for Birthdays or Special Events
Remember our very popular Celebration Treats. You choose the items and order via fax or email. The products are delivered to your student’s classroom and your student’s account is charged – What could be more convenient and fun than this? The Celebration form is available on the Forms page.
How to Pay for Your Child's Meals
Families prepay for school meals using one of three methods; using our online payment system, sending a check or bringing credit or debit card or cash to the Nutrition Services office, 2130 Pinehurst Dr. Middleton, WI 53562,or dropping off payment in the dropbox at each school.
• Paying online
Families can pay online at MyPaymentsPlus.com to manage student account(s). You may pay for meals, check account balances, set a low balance email alert and view transactions from the previous 90 days.
• Accessing Your Account
To access your student account(s), you will need each student's district ID number. To obtain your student's ID number, please log into Campus Portal. You can also check with your child as this is the number they use to access school computer and library services throughout their years with the District.
• Making Deposits Online
Parents can choose to make a credit or debit card deposit in their student account. There is currently no fee for paying online using My Payments Plus.
* Making Deposits in Person
Parents can make a deposit with credit/debit card, cash or checks made out to SNS at the SNS Office located at the District Operations Center or any of the schools secure drop boxes. Cash payments are recommended only at the SNS office to provide you with a receipt of the transaction. Please indicate students' first names in the memo section of your check or first and last name if their last name is different. Unless otherwise indicated, the DOC will split the amount evenly among each child in the family.

Application forms are being sent to all homes with a notice to parents or guardians. To apply for free meals, households must fill out the application either online at or fill out a paper copy and return it to the school. Additional copies are available at the principal's office in each school. The information provided on the application will be used for the purpose of determining eligibility and may be verified at any time during the school year by school or other program officials. Applications may be submitted at any time during the year.
