Certified Teaching Application and Interview Process
Applications for teaching positions must be made through WECAN (Wisconsin Education Career Access Network). Teaching positions are posted on our web site, as well as at WECAN. When you click a link for information on a particular position, you will be directed to a new page with information on that position. There will also be a direct link to the WECAN Online Application Form. For more information on WECAN, go to their web site at wecan.education.wisc.edu

Our School District practices site-based management. Each site administrator handles the hiring of their vacancies. You will be contacted if selected for an interview.

Mandatory Requirements
The following are mandatory requirements you must meet to be considered for a teaching position within the Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District.

  • Bachelor's Degree (minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 grading scale)
  • Wisconsin State Teaching License (you will need to know your WI-DPI license code)
