Amber Kiggens Leifheit, executive director

Amber Kiggens-Leifheit

Amber Kiggens-Leifheit joined the Education Foundation on Jan. 6, 2020.

Prior to joining the Education Foundation, Amber served as executive director of the Marshfield Area Community Foundation for 11 years. She was responsible for all areas of the Foundation, including gifts, grants, scholarships, public relations, donor relations, accounting oversight and office management. During her tenure, she grew the Foundation’s assets from $2.8 to $16.2 million.

Amber also served on the Marshfield district’s school board for nine years, including in the roles of vice president and treasurer. In addition, she has served in leadership positions and volunteered in long-term with multiple nonprofits, including the Marshfield Community Athletics Leadership Team and the Marshfield Area United Way. She earned a bachelor’s degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison.

is focused on helping employers in offering health insurance to their employees. Kathryn has lived in Middleton since 2013 with her husband Doug, their Middleton High School Cardinal son, and three step-sons who are all Middleton graduates.

and his wife Annette are proud parents of three Northside-Kromrey-MHS graduates. A UW Law School grad, he is General Counsel of the Research Foundation for the State University of New York and has spent most of his career in support of public higher education.

is Senior Business Analyst with the State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB). She has a Masters in Education from Pepperdine University and holds a teaching credential. She and her husband, Steve (both UW Alums) have two children, one in Kromrey and a one-year old future Elm Lawn student.

is the Principal and founder of Trinity Financial Planning, LLC – a local fee-only financial planning firm. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ and holds a degree from the University of
Wisconsin – LaCrosse. John resides in Middleton with his wife and two young sons who attend MCPASD schools.

is the Senior Research Analyst for the Wisconsin State Office of Children’s Mental Health. She previously worked in research and data communication roles at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction and UW-Madison. She and her husband are small business owners and the proud parents of two children attending Glacier Creek Middle School.

Jeffry Roepsch

Jeff Roepsch is the Director – Strategy & Innovation at Johnson Controls. He and his wife, Tiffany have three children, one graduate and two students currently in the MCPASD.  He began serving the board in 2014 and has established the Mighty Middleton Scholarship. This scholarship was created in memory of his parents for students pursing further education in the health care profession.

is CEO of the Lovell Real Estate Group, selling real estate in both Wisconsin & Iowa for over 12 years. She and her husband Matt reside in the town of Middleton with their two children, who attend Middleton High School and Glacier Creek Middle School.

Dana Monogue

Dana Monogue

is the Superintendent of the Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District. She began serving the District in 2019 and has worked in Wisconsin public schools for over 25 years. She is also the parent of a Middleton High School student.

Linda Passaglia

is an audit partner with RSM US LLP, a CPA firm in Madison. She and her husband, Mark, moved into the MCPASD area from Chicagoland five years ago. They have two sons attending district schools.

is a Principal with SVA Wealth Management, providing comprehensive financial planning and investment management services for clients since 1998. He is a proud member of the Middleton High School alumni class of 1990.

is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Findorff, one of the largest construction firms in the State. She and her husband live in the Town of Middleton and are the proud parents of two students who attend Middleton High School and Glacier Creek Middle School. 

Chrstine Koeller

is a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Mapping Professional for the State of Wisconsin. She taught GIS courses for UW-Stevens Point before moving to Middleton with her husband and children in 2019. Her two children proudly attend Middleton schools!

Dave Muhel

is a partner at Canopy Wealth Management, an independent, fee-only wealth management firm, and has a Finance and Investment Banking degree from UW-Madison. He and his wife, Ann moved to Middleton in 2015. Both of their kids will be attending Middleton High School this year. 

Jamie Macias

has worked in higher education for 20 years, currently serving as Director of Career Services for the UW-Madison School of Education. Jamie and her husband, Louis, have lived in the Middleton area for eight years. They have two daughters who attend Glacier Creek Middle School and an MCPASD 4K program.

Erika Flynn

has more than 25 years of experience in publishing. She has a communications and public relations background and is currently an editor and contributing writer for several trade publications. She and her husband, Don, have lived in the town of Middleton since 2018. They have two children at Middleton High School as well as a 2022 MHS graduate.
