Do you need to register your child or children in the Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District?
The District Services Center will reopen to the public on Monday, Aug. 3 and MCPASD has set up an online tool for families to schedule times to register.
The Registration Calendar allows you to schedule a 30-minute appointment. Slots are usually available from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays, except for Aug. 3 and 7, when there are limited times available.
After you click on the link and select a time, you will be asked to confirm. Once you click that button you will be taken to a page where you can provide your name, email address and any other information you want the District to know in advance of the scheduled appointment.
All appointments will take place at the DSC, 7106 South Ave., Middleton. The registrar's office staff asks that families bring the following documents:
- Student Enrollment Form
- Proof of Residency
- Proof of Student's Age
- Immunization Record
The District also requests that you wear a mask to the appointment and that only one parent or guardian attend for safety reasons.
