NOTICE: Incoming and Returning Athletes:
Incoming and returning athletes must have an Athletic Participation Form on file in the Athletic Office prior to being able to try-out, practice or compete.
All physical dates must be on or after 4-1-11 to be valid for the upcoming 2012-2013 school year. Physical dates can be checked by contacting the Athletic Office at 608 829 9912.
