NEW HIRE BENEFITS PRESENTATION POWERPOINT

Please contact the Benefits Specialist if you are a new hire and would like to enroll or if you are an existing plan participant needing to update your coverage status. If you are hired into a position that is benefit eligible (30 hours minimum per week) and choose to decline enrollment in any or all of the benefit plans, you will need to complete a WAIVER form.
