Support staff working at least 880 hours per year
Teachers working at least 880 hours per year

2017 Contribution Rate - 13.60% per month consisting of:

  • 6.8% - School District Contribution

  • 6.8% - Employee Paid Contribution*

*Employee contribution is "pre-tax" meaning employee's deduction reduces their taxable income while employed.  Once the employee receives an annuity, the funds will be taxable.  Current law prohibits employees from opting out of enrollment unless receiving an annuity or a recently processed separation benefit.
