Community Information and Flyers

The Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District offers the opportunity for non-profit organizations to share information with students and parents, provided the purpose of the organization complements the educational mission of the District.

As of October 2016, flyers can be placed in backpacks of elementary students. They will also be made available at the middle schools.  It is up to the organization to print the flyers and bundle them properly.

Process for Electronic Distribution

Flyers will also be posted on the Community Announcements page on the District website. When flyers are posted, an announcement will also be made on the District's social media outlets. A print copy may be posted in each school building.

* Complete the Distribution Request Form and submit it with a copy of the flyer at least 5 days prior to the distribution date.
* Submit proof of your organization's 501c(3) status. If your organization's 501c(3) status is on file, you do not need to resubmit proof each time.
* Include the following disclaimer on the bottom of your flyer:

It has neither reviewed nor approved the program, personnel, or activities announced in this brochure/flyer. Permission to distribute this material must not be considered a recommendation or endorsement by the school district.
