Superintendent's Office

Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District operates under the Policy Governance Model with the Superintendent acting as the Chief Executive Officer. The Board of Education sets policy and depends upon the Superintendent and administrators to carry out that policy.The District also practices Site-Based Management with many decisions resting with the building principals rather than with the Superintendent. Parents and guardians should first speak with the building principal regarding student and classroom concerns.
